Client confidentiality is a top priority. We adhere to strict ethical and legal standards to protect your privacy. Information shared in therapy is confidential except in rare circumstances where mandated by law or when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
We accept all medical aids. However, it’s the patient’s responsibility to enquire with your medical aid regarding available funds for psychology consultations before starting therapy. For clients paying out-of-pocket, fees and billing procedures will be discussed with the practice administrator. We provide detailed invoices that may be submitted for potential reimbursement from your medical aid.
Our therapists are licensed Psychologists registered with HPCSA and licensed Social Workers registered with SACSSP with extensive training and experience in their respective specialties. They are committed to ongoing professional development to provide the highest quality of care.
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office, via WhatsApp and filling out an online form. Our administrative staff will assist you in finding a convenient time for your initial consultation.
